What are fossils?

Animals both living and dead buried in what was once wet dirt that has since dried into rock layers. These rock layers can easily form when water is running through sediment. Thus creating different rock strata with fossils in it like we see today…

Where did fossils come from?The Bible describes a time when God judged the earth over four thousand years ago using a flood that covered the face of the earth. There is much evidence of this flood causing the fossils, rock formation, mountains, valleys and canyons to form in a very short time. If this were the case we should expect to see animals that were covered in mud in a rapid sort of way, that hardened into the fossils we see today. This is what we find today, we see mass graves of millions of animals fossilized in just a few mile stretch. There has been reporting of this around the grand canyon. We also find today animals fossilized with food still in their stomachs, giving birth and other positions that confirm a catastrophic flood caused there fossilization, not millions of years. There have been reports of fossilized clams on the top of Mount Everest.

What are they here for? Fossils show us that the Bible is true confirming the catastrophic flood from Genesis.They also show us in fact that evolution is not true at all. If evolution were true there would be millions of transitional fossils. They also show us that the dating methods used by evolutionist are not accurate and that there in no reasonable evidence for me to believe man came from an ape like ancestor. Because there is not, I can throw the theory of evolution out. Fossils show me the trilobite which is still in existence today and with out any change over thousands of years. The fossils also show me that there is a variety in a kind of animals, but they only reproduce a “after their kind” Genesis 1:21 like God said! The fossils confirm Gods word to be true and strengthen my faith in the Bible.  I have studied fossils since I was a child. They actually helped lead me back to the Bible and soon after I accepted Jesus as my savior.

If you have not accepted Jesus as your savior today. The Bible tells us it is “the gift of God”Ephesians 2:8-9 and it does not come by “works”. Jesus “was wounded for our transgressions” and “by his stripes we are healed” Isaiah 53:5. If we “confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. ” Romans 10:9 If you believe in your heart you can  accept him as your savior today.Pray from your heart, something like this:

“Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. Please forgive my sins and save me from hell. I know You were born of a virgin, you never sinned, but you died on a cross for my sins, and rose again after three days. Please take me to heaven someday.Thank you for saving me. In Jesus’ name I pray Amen.”
