Creation Artist

I am an Independent Fundamental Baptist Christian Artist, Author, mother and soulwinner. The Lord has worked all things together for good, as I did not grow up in a Christian home. I was almost totally over come by the world, as a teen I was bombarded with lots of bad things. After the suicides of several people in my community I began to wonder about Heaven and hell. It scared me not to know what would happened if I died. I was well educated in the theory of evolution and thought very little about the Bible. I began to wonder about the after life and occasionally would run into people who talked about Jesus. I finally asked some one strait who is Jesus? They did not give me a good answer and so I stopped asking. One day years later I was at a financial conference and one lady happened to mention Jesus and I was upset about it. When I complained to someone about it they told me I should watch a creation science video. I did and I was surprised to understand that evolution is not true or reasonable at all. The Bible is historically accurate, and answers all my questions about death, heaven and hell. Eventually I started attending an Independent fundamental Baptist church, and one night I came home and prayed and asked Jesus to save me from hell. This has drastically changed my life. Faith in God is my source of inspiration.“[I had fainted], unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.”Psalm 27:13 With out Him I would have fainted like this verse says!

Coming to know the lord was a bit of an adventure. As a child I learned some Indian traditions from my grandparents that led me to believe that there might be a higher power but I was not sure who it was. This drove me to do Indian art work and lots of beaded stuff. In high school after I was taught evolution, I started to think maybe there was no God. Believing evolution left me unable to understand why we have death and suffering. Also what the purpose of my life was at all! My art work became dark and dreary reflecting my life at the time. The terrible things happened in my High School resulted in the loss of several lives ,but has shown me that through Jesus we can all have a new life if we accept him as our savior. “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved” Acts 16:31. Now much of my artwork is used as evangelism tools to reach a world that without Christ is going to hell.
