Chiropractic For Eczema: Skin rashes *

we tried every cream imaginable on our child her eczema kept coming back. Finally we tried Chiropractic with a Chiropractor who used the Gonstead technique* the skin rash was completely gone within two weeks and never returned. We found out when the lower back is not aligned correctly this can affect the vitamin absorption in the colon. I can very gladly say that we have not seen any eczema on our child since! Cancer:

I have been studying about the affects of lemon juice on cancer if all that I read was true it should help a lot to have lemon every day to fight against cancer.

Exercise or Body Building When Pregnant:

What I have found out about this has actually surprised me. From what I have read
doing lunges or squats is harmful to the baby it can separate the placenta. Also
no belly exercises. Do not hold your breath, or lay on your back ,or belly this could harm the baby.

Apparently, good exercises for pregnancy are:)

stretching- sitting leg lifts- sitting calf raises-arm curls with low weight (I would not
go over 5lbs)-arm-standing dumbbell curls-arm-seated dumbbell triceps extension
-leg extensions seated-lat pull downs

Diet When Pregnant:

*5-7 small meals a day to maintain blood sugar,-Lots of fruit and veggies-meat, cheese, milk-Grains, stay away from junk food

Low Carb Protein Diet Schedule: for weight loss, diabetics, hypoglycemia…Quick practical meal ideas: Enchiladas,Toast w/ cream cheese,eggs/bacon,meat loaf,pulled pork w/out sugar,chicken casserole w/ cooked rice and broccoli,sloppy Joe, hot dogs/ Macaroni,egg salad on toast deviled eggs,Peanut butter on toast Hamburger Pie/ fried hamburger with ketchup, mustard, little wheat flour, pickle juice, and cheese place on top of crescent rolls pressed into pie pan, place in oven 350,broccoli fried w/ cheese,PB hamburgers cheese with crackers,Taco chips w sour cream and taco meat,salsa,chicken w/mushroom-  cream of mush soup in crock pot with hot sauce and whole wheat noodles -If you do not have to be completely sugar free you can always,snack on low sugar fruits: Grapes, Grape Fruit, Apples, oranges

For drinks: Coffee with cream-if your really low sugar, tea,soda stream-is a make it at home sugar free pop maker, Water with lemon juice is another good substitute for pop,baking cocoa powder boiled with water and cream makes a good substitute for cocoa.
