I get this question frequently. You would think that by the beautiful earth and pleasures in life. That people would realize God loves us. Never-the-less this question takes God being “just” out of the equation and skews love altogether. If there were a judge who decided to let a murderer go free to be nice. We would not call him good. But we want God to let all our vile wicked sin go free in order to be a good God. That is not right, God is just, so we do deserve hell. Luke of a man in hell saying “in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments” Luke 16:23. So we know that hell is not simply a grave but certainly a place of torment. “The wicked shall be turned into hell Psalm 9:17″ We know that wicked will go there, so what makes one wicked or how do I determine if I am wicked? Most of us think we are pretty good. Have you ever lied?stole something? lusted? “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” Revelation 21:8″. Just so we are clear all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. We all deserve hell that is why our just loving God died for us to be reconciled to him. He wants us to have a relationship with him and enjoy his company. We can have a relationship with God by trusting Jesus as our savior. You should open your heart to God and tell him you know you have sinned, and deserve hell but want to be saved because Jesus-God himself sacrificed his life for your sins. “with his stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5
“For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.Luke 19:10″
People actually take this deadly trip to visit a tea house at the top of this mountain. How meaningless and lost is anything we do that is not for God? How are we going to reach the millions of souls in China for Jesus Christ? Everyone must do their part, that is the only way it can be done. We will never be able to have someone else do the work for us. Each of us has a special task to reach the people around us and no one else can do it! There are millions of Chinese people who have never heard the gospel! Jesus died so that people could be saved, that is what he wants us to do, reach people so that they can be saved! We fail if we do not try to reach others for Christ. We need to use our resources not for our selves but for reaching souls for Christ.
“the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.” Mark 10:45
I just heard about this site that has that world clock:
I started attending the Independent Fundamental Baptist Church just a few years ago. I am personally glad that they uphold Godly standards. I came into the church dressed very inappropriate and no one said anything-they just loved me where I was at. I had lived in the world and thought that it was fine. Eventually some ladies kindly showed me that it is not appropriate to dress that way and I am thankful. I had been in other churches before but never one that really took God and the Bible seriously. It showed me that God is real, He loves us and wants what is best for us.
My life has been transformed by Jesus because of the Independent Fundamental Baptists. They showed me that God is real and taught me to search the scriptures for my self. Again I had been in and out of other churches but never picked up the Bible for myself and willingly read it until I attended the IFB church. Their music is holy, it is like a touch of heaven. One of the reason I never took God seriously is because some of the churches I had association with in the past played “Christian rock music” and did not really even seem to take God and the Bible seriously.
I have learned in the IFB church why I should believe the Bible. The prophecies in the Bible are true and interesting especially concerning Israel. Israel’s existence and rejection of Jesus at this point is all fulfilling Biblical prophecy. Here is the old testament it speaks of Jesus“He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were [our] faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.” Isaiah 53:3 That sounds like exactly what is going on. This verse describes what the Jewish people were to expect to happen to the Jewish Messiah. “he [was] wounded for our transgressions, [he was] bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace [was] upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5. That sounds just like Jesus to me. Then look here in the new testament “He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.He came unto his own, and his own received him not.But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name:” John 1:10-12 Clearly this is talking about Jesus being the Jewish Messiah. I was never taught these things before and never took the Bible seriously. I never knew why I should believe the Bible or even be a Christian at all. The Independent Fundamental Baptists have taught me why to believe the Bible. Now I know that it is God’s Word and it is true.
The Bible also teaches us we can know for sure that we will go to heaven. It says “all have sinned and come short of the glory of God”.Romans 3:23. Clearly we all have done wrong at some point in our lives. Then it says “The wages of sin is death.” Romans 6:23 speaking of the second death mentioned in Revelation “whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” Romans 20:15. Then the Bible tells us that “God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 and “if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” Romans 10:9. We simply need to open our heart to God who hears the cry of the humble and admit I am a sinner, I deserve hell, but I want to be saved because I believe Jesus died on the cross for my sins. If we will do that we can be saved. I asked Jesus to save me a couple of years ago and I have never felt so much joy and peace because it is true. Heaven will be my home and any one else who will ask him to save them will be their too. I am thankful for the independent fundamental Baptists.
This is our cat named “Esther” after the Esther from the Bible painted for my daughter. The Esther from the Bible gives us more evidence (you would have to be blind to not see) that the scriptures are accurate. …
Hymns we have been working on learning. Since becoming a christian around four years ago. I have just begun to learn hymns and teach my children them as well. They are so important for a Christian to learn. They really help you to grow closer to God, learn and remember doctrine.
The Bible says that Jesus will return to gather up the believers unto him to go back to heaven while the earth is purged. This could take place at anytime. These verses explain where this comes from.
1Thessalonians 4:15Â For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
From the earthly things around us we can imagine a tiny bit of what heaven will be like. The colors described in the Bible of being in heaven can certainly be seen around us in the flowers, tree, rocks…ect
The recent death of an Officer (Eric Zapata) puts things in perspective for a lot of us. He was 35 years old when was killed in the line of duty last week in Kalamazoo. The Bible says “teach [us] to number our days, that we may apply [our] hearts unto wisdom.”Psalm 90:12 As I am reading through the book of Chronicles I noticed that at the end of the kings reigns there were two different responses. Josiah was a king that did right by God and in turn did a lot of good things. At the end of Josiahs reign there was great of lamentation of the people. That was not the case with some of the other kings that did not seek the Lord. They were simply buried and maybe not even in the sepulchers of the kings. The much lamantation we see of this officer teaches us about our own end, will we be someone who is lamented for when we pass off into eternity, or simply buried like these wicked kings mentioned in Chronicles. This officers death shows us that great love that Jesus himself told us about “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”John 15:13.
Jesus came to bind up the broken hearted. Jesus died an excruciating death on the cross for our sins. Then he rose from the dead three days later triumphant over death and returned to heaven. We can know we will go to heaven also simply by recognizing we need Jesus because we are a sinner and asking him to save us. The Bible says “All have sinned.” Romans 3:23 and “Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”Romans 10:13. Jesus can heal any heart we just need to open our hearts to him and pray.
“He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.”psalm 147:3
The whole point of creation artist is to be a tool to reach people with the gospel through artwork and to teach people Biblical truths using Artwork. Also to provide images to be used for those who are in the ministry, and in need of art work for their ministry. It may be for flyers, tracts, children books, lessons for children, decoration or teaching about a particular missionary or Biblical figure many paintings are available. Lord willing they will continue to be created for this purpose. I am more than happy to allow my work to be used with permission please contact me through my contact page for more information. Also if you have any ideas feel free to contact me.
This is a painting I have been working on for a little while. I just heard an evangelist preach on this the other day. He said “There were two thieves on the crosses with Jesus which thief are you?”. you might think “I am not a thief!” but the Bible makes it clear that we all have done wrong. We have all taken things that don’t belong to us, have we ever -over eaten? took another child’s toy?the list could go on. But you get the point we all have done wrong and because of this we deserve hell. But because God loves us he sent Jesus to die on the cross having done no wrong so we could be saved. One of the thieves realized that and told Jesus he believed in him and wanted Jesus to save him. The other one did not. The evangelist said “they both went out in to eternity one to hell and the other to heaven”. You need to make your own decision, not to trust in any good work you can do to save yourself but to trust in Jesus and what he did alone to save you. The evangelist also pointed out that Jesus even as he was dieing tried to reach another soul. If we are going to be like Jesus we need to reach souls. We need to be telling others that Jesus died to save them and that they can go to heaven if they will ask him to save them. That is our job while we are on this earth.
Good Friday makes us remember the day that Jesus died on the cross to pay for our sins so we do not have to go to hell and pay for them our selves. Jesus is also called the “the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.” John 1:29
As Jesus was going to calvary, Jesus told his disciples that he wanted to eat the passover lamb with them “he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer:” Luke 22:15 He did this to show us that he was actually going to become the passover. Messiah knew he was going to be slain, he was going to be the final and only sacrifice for sins for all time. Hebrews 10:12 ” But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;”
It is not enough just to know that Jesus died for us, we must apply the blood to our lives by asking God to forgive and save us from hell, then is the blood of Jesus applied to us and we are forgiven and know that heaven will be our home.
“For the life of the flesh [is] in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it [is] the blood [that] maketh an atonement for the soul.” Lev 17:11
This is another project I have been working on for my Dad of my children and I singing…it still has some work to go. I am still learning how to use some of the tools, having this project to on is helping to learn how to use them!
Ken Ham and the creation museum are building a life size “Noahs Ark”. This is exciting they are expecting millions of people to visit. Surely this will help people see the reality of Noahs ark. We can tell from the billions of fossils, rock formations, fault lines, canyons, earths tilt and (we could spend a long time discussing each of these) that there was certainly at one time a world wide flood. For anyone to deny this is denying reasonable scientific evidence. It makes absolutly no sense to believe only half of the Bible. If we can believe it about Jesus and heaven we certainly can believe it about the flood and the ark. Jesus said himself “They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.” Luke 17:27
I have heard people talk about being depressed frequently over the years. Some were Christian and some were not. Before I became a Christian I became depressed at times like most other people. If you are not a Christian life can seem scary, you do not understand a lot of the pain, suffering and death around you. You do not know how it will turn out in the end. As a non believer I realized I had done wrong and did not know how to make it right, that gives a lot of pressure too. One day after hearing that Jesus could save me from hell and my sins could be forgiven I came to God broken over my sins and the thought of actually going to hell. I prayed and asked Jesus-God to save me and forgive me. I know that day God saved my soul and he can save yours as well if you will ask him.
“correction is grievous unto him that forsaketh the way: and he that hateth reproof shall die.†Proverbs 15:10
I am an artist, and a Independent fundamental Baptist by conviction. They use the King James version of the Bible. From my research it is the only accurate English Bible version we have so I have decided to put together this blog. It will have a new verse every day from the King James Version. “The lips of the righteous feed manyâ€Proverbs 15:7
This is the link for the site where a new verse will be posted everyday. You can go to the site to subscribe, then it will be sent as an email every day:
“And they brought the colt to Jesus, and cast their garments on him; and he sat upon him.And many spread their garments in the way: and others cut down branches off the trees, and strawed [them] in the way.And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed [is] he that cometh in the name of the Lord:” Mark 11:7-9…
Because Geese fly in V formation. The wings flapping from one goose creates an uplift for the geese that follow them. Flying in V formation adds at least 71% less resistance , than if the goose flew alone. Another goose will take over the front position, When the goose in front gets tired. The geese in back encourage those up front to keep up their speed by honking.
When they are about three years old geese will choose a mate. They will stay monogamous for life. If one mate dies, the other mate will sometimes wait several years before choosing a new partner or might even stay single.
If a goose gets sick or is wounded, a couple of other geese may drop out of formation to help and protect him. They will try to stay with the disabled goose until is able to fly again or he dies . They will then either join another formation to catch up with their group or fly together.
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Romans 1:20
“And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl [that] may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that [it was] good.” Genesis 1:21
Having the right perspective determines a lot about a picture. If we have the right perspective the picture looks professional and if not it can look amateur at best. Many of my pictures-would be otherwise great pictures if they had the right perspective. Most things in art can have a spiritual application somewhere along the line. I can see that our perspective on life dramatically changes our out come-successful or non-successful also. If our focus is always self focused we will obviously not have good relationships with people. If our focus is on stuff, money, or pleasure we also will not have a good outcome. But if our focus is on God and we look at things from a totally different perspective. Jesus suffered at the hands of cruel men-yet sinned not. “some began to spit on him, and to cover his face, and to buffet him, and to say unto him, Prophesy: and the servants did strike him with the palms of their hands.” Mark 14:65 When we think of what Jesus endured and look at things from the perspective that we are to be like him, our response and outcome cane be completely different.
For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. Hebrews 12:3
These are some examples on good perspective paintings…
“[As for] man, his days [are] as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.” Psalm 103:15
God is ever present in his creation and his creation teaches us about him. He wants us to know him and be a friend of God.To me dreams represent the reality of someday being in another world that I will enter on my own, Heaven. The Bible says “[As for] man, his days [are] as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.” Psalm 103:15 Each of us will be entering another world on our own some day. Many of us will like the Bible says “be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched:”Mark 9:45. Few of us we are told will “Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, [and] into his courts with praise:”Psalm 100:4 We can know for sure what future world we will be entering. The Bible says that all have sinned and deserve to go to hell, but Jesus died for our sins. If we believe that and ask God to save us he will forgive our sins and give us a pass to heaven-through the blood of Jesus. Then we can claim the verse“As far as the east is from the west, [so] far hath he removed our transgressions from us.”Psalm 103:12 We know that Jesus came to free us from the bondage of sin and hell. He loves us all no matter what we have done and wants us to be saved. “To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death;” Psalm 102:20 Make your decision today what world you will spend an eternity in by coming to God in prayer asking to be saved.
“[As for] man, his days [are] as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.” Psalm 103:15
This painting is a joy to me to work on it reminds me of the verse I just heard a widow say God is “A father of the fatherless” psalm 68:5 This is a verse that I hold dear to my own heart. Knowing much of the battle of a fatherless child, but also knowing that God(Jesus) is my Father in heaven watching my every move! There is no better Father than God, He knows our every need and wants to meet it. I also think of a verse I heard a preacher say “Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”1 Thessalonians4:17 and “we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.” Romans 8:37 I am thankful for the Word of God and what a comfort it is!
This is a children s video made from several paintings about Israel, Jesus and Biblical prophecy. Biblical prophecy’s give scripture authority. That is why it is so important for children to learn the scriptures, that is what this movie is designed to.
Why Is Israel So Special?

I have a great interest in this subject.Because I was a rebellious child and now am a mother of three . I have read many books about Child rearing and have picked a little out of each that were good points I could actually use. The Bible says in the multitude of counselors there is safety.
This was a lot of fun and is obviously symbolic of having a joyful relationship with God. By the Bible, the camel representing the living water(Jesus), the happy gingerbread girl and the beads representing a bond.
Izzy shares the gospel is a children book I have written simply to help my children and other children to know how to share the gospel and what to expect when you are sharing the gospel with people.
“For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:”Romans 1:20
We can see just from the creation that there must have been a creator.
It is not logical to say any complicated object such as a door came together on its own by random chance. We can clearly see then that there must have been a creator.
We can know that the creator is Jesus because of the Biblical prophecies that have been fulfilled. “they shall look upon me whom they have pierced”Zechariah 12:10 Zechariah was written around King Darius’ reign who ruled the Russian empire form 521-486 B.C. Making this prophecy hundreds of years before Jesus ever came.
This collage is about “How can we have peace?”What can Christians do about political ciaos. How can we have peace during all this trouble? The world around us seems to be falling apart. Right now this verse seems to come alive in our daily lives:
“And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for [such things] must needs be; but the end [shall] not [be] yet.For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these [are] the beginnings of sorrows Mark 13:7-8″
These are some sketches I made today while sitting in the hospital for five hours with my son. Since I had some time and very little to work with this is what I came up with!
“repentance-asking Jesus to save your soul from hell”
water-based oil on water color paper
An exciting day today one of my little ones and I went down the street to a neighbor hood we had never been to before. We knocked on doors and shared the truth about how they can go to heaven with them. Most of the people were nice to us, they were middle to lower class people. Some saw their need but were not ready to pray and accept salvation. To me I do not understand why any of us hesitate to receive Jesus as our savior.

It would be like a billionaire standing on our porch and saying “I want to send you to a place where you can be forever happy and never have any need again, do you want to go?” Would any of us say “I have to think about it”? Then lets follow that thought with the billionaire saying next “Anyone you want to invite can come too you just have to ask them.” If we continue the conversation and the billionaire next says “I just found out the earth is going to burn up with fire at anytime and any one left here will be destroyed so any one you want to bring with you to this wonderful place you will need to ask quickly!”
2 Peter 3:6 “Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:”
If our earth has been covered with water at some point what kind of evidence would you expect to see?
-We can see the fossils in this painting, obviously fossil are dead animals that being covered in mud when they died the interesting thing is how many fossilized animals we find all over the earth. Some in very large group,s thousands-millions in one area and some doing strange things like having babies, digesting food and many are found in motion as if to be running from something. All of this evidence surely supports a worldwide flood.
My sweet little daughter ask about Jesus just about every day. I thought making this painting would help her understand the gospel. I’m trying to help her understand that Jesus was beaten, tortured, mocked and killed for her sins. If she will ask him to save her she can go to heaven when she dies!
