The greatest gift to our family recently has been a park ministry. We get to have one on one conversations with thousands of people in our community about our Lord Jesus Christ. We hand out several different gospel tracts and explain the love of Christ the best we can to every one we come into contact with.
Today we came a crossed a couple who had just lost their son a few weeks ago. This couple was still grieving and were very glad to speak with us. They told us that when their boy was eleven he had an accident and had been on a feeding tube for many years. The Father said they got a call when they were actually at a different funeral that their son was passing. When they got to him they said it was as if he was asking them if it was okay for him to go. To this the mom and dad told him to go be with Jesus. Shortly after he left for eternity. They said they had great peace knowing they had faith in Jesus and had shared their own faith with their child.
None of us know when our eternity will begin. That is why we must know Jesus is the only savior and must share the truth of the gospel with others so they also can be saved.
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. 1John 5:13

Can Everyone Go To Heaven?
I ran into a young mother at the park who said that the church she went to told her that she could not be saved because she had an abortion. I told her Jesus died for all of our sins no matter how bad they are. The Bible says, “whosoever shall call upon the name of the LORD shall be saved.” Romans 10:13.
We had the privilege of leading four tough looking teenage girls to the Lord who were sitting at a picnic table after school! I asked the four girls if they knew Jesus died for them so that they could be saved. Most of them said they had never heard that Jesus had died for them before, but they did not know they needed to ask him to save them. They prayed with me right there and received eternal life.
So far since we started the park ministry we have seen around 150 souls saved personally. Praise God!

While talking to some other people-I noticed a couple of guys with big shirts, chains around their necks and really baggy pants talking to the girls I had just prayed with- so I went over to witness to them too. When I got there they said they were saved. But I must say I was uncertain of that fact, I carried on talking to other people and when I looked at them again -one of the boys was talking to someone in a strange car. After a few minutes- I went to the strange car and started talking to the guy. I told him that Jesus was the only way for him to be saved. He said he thought at one point in his life, he had asked Jesus to save him. He said he wasn’t sure-so he said he would probably pray on his own later today.
Then there was another young guy that had his hat on sideways and big sun glasses earlier today who stopped to ask for directions. I couldn’t give any directions but I shared the gospel with him and he said God would never save him because he had been so bad. I told him also that it says in the Bible “whosoever shall call upon the name of the LORD shall be saved.” Romans 10:13 Anyone –no matter what they have done can be saved if they ask Jesus for forgiveness. The man looked teary eyed and said he wanted to be saved– but he needed to ask the Lord in private.”
